NYC-style, chunky, soft-centred, slightly crisp at the edge. Each drop is themed, limited, and handcrafted with care.
2. 🎨 Can I request flavours or themes?
Yes! We love hearing from you. Follow us on Instagram and look out for our story polls, your cravings might just inspire the next drop.
3. 📦 Are your cookies available for delivery or self-collection?
We currently offer self-collection only on Mondays & Thursdays, between 2–5PM.
You’ll be able to select your preferred timeslot via our TakeApp form during checkout.
However, you are welcome to arrange your own courier to pick up your order ♡
Please note: failure to collect within your chosen slot will result in a forfeited order (no refunds), so do come on time 💌
4. 🎁 What’s included in each order?
Every box comes with:
• An itsjustdough sticker
• A personalised ‘By us, to you’ tag (customisable!)
• Hand-packed cookies made with love

5. 💌 Do you offer personalisation?
Yes! For $3, you can add a Polaroid-style photo print to your order.
Just send us your favourite picture, we’ll print it out for you ♡
A fun way to personalise your box, whether it’s for yourself or someone special.
6. ⏳ How long do the cookies stay fresh?
Best enjoyed within 2–3 days at room temp.
To keep them longer:
Room temp: up to 3 days
Fridge: up to 5–7 days (reheat before eating!)
Freezer: up to 2 months (wrap & store airtight)
🔥 How do I reheat them?
Microwave: 10–15 secs (but not for frosted ones!)
7. 📬 How do I order?
Via our TakeApp form on our site or Instagram link in bio during each drop. Limited boxes per batch.
8. 🌱 Do you have any sustainability initiatives?
We bake in small batches and only when orders come in - no mass production, no unnecessary waste!
